Bea Arthur
Why was Bea Arthur allowed to be on Golden Girls? I heard he demanded a urinal in his dressing room…?

How could the producers allow him to be on the show? Shouldnt the part of Dorothy Zbornak have been played by a woman?

I believe he/she was in between sex change operations at the time it was filmed. The adam’s apple was shaved away so she didn’t have to wear to many scarfs. They were in Florida, so it had to look kinda realistic. But I heard Betty White was fascinated by his ” unit ” , and talked him out of the last step in the sex change procedure.
